These Terms explain the rules for using Safesense and its family safety and health features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Safesense mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Safesense provides family safety and health monitoring features, including:

• Location sharing
• Health data insights
• Alerts and notifications
• Circle-based data sharing

Safesense is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Legal guardians may use on behalf of minors with consent

4. Health and Emergency Disclaimer

• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
• Not a replacement for professional medical advice
• Not an emergency service
• Contact local emergency services immediately in emergencies

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Obtain consent from Circle members before sharing data
• Use for lawful purposes only
• Do not misuse tracking or monitoring features
• Responsible for managing permissions within Circles

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription plans with free trials
• Payments via Apple App Store
• No payment information stored
• Auto-renew unless canceled via Apple account
• Free trial eligibility determined by Apple
• Refunds handled by Apple

7. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for Terms violations, misuse, or legal requirements. Users may delete their account at any time.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Safesense is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to data processing as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and software are owned by the Company. No copying, distributing, or reverse engineering is permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Safesense is not liable for:

• Inaccurate health data
• GPS inaccuracies
• Delayed notifications
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Service Availability

There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be discontinued.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Health and Emergency Disclaimer

• Safesense is not a medical device; all data is informational only
• Health metrics may not be accurate, complete, or real-time
• Does not guarantee detection or prevention of medical conditions
• Not an emergency service and does not contact emergency responders
• User assumes all discretion and risk
